Get Buff In 4 Weeks? Learn How to Get Buff Quickly With These 4 Proven Strategies

Many trainees don't get buff for years even though they may have been training consistently. Why is this? Because they have not applied the following 4 strategies. If you follow these, you can see results and get buff in 4 weeks.

1. Eat Protein. If you want to gain muscle, you have to feed your body protein. Not just an extra few grams of protein, but a consistent amount (every 3 hours you should either have a protein meal, bar, or shake). If you are serious about getting muscular then you have to eat consistently to grow quickly.

2. Lift Weights. You want to jump right into a good training routine that WORKS. You don't want to waste time (like most trainees do) and spend months jumping from one routine to the next with zero results to show for it. You can't go wrong with this program for fast muscle gaining results - http://Gaining-Muscle.blogspot.com.

The idea that you have to lift weights in order to gain muscle, may seem obvious to some, but in this day and age of gimmicky equipment which promises that you will get buff in 4 weeks (by using rubber band apparatuses, or other "as seen on TV" equipment), we must remind ourselves that good old fashion weight lifting is and always has been the king of fast muscle gaining. There's no way around it. Push ups and body weight exercises will NOT get you the quick results that lifting weights will. Nor will any trendy "as seen on TV" equipment.

3. Train to failure. You need to give your muscles a reason to grow quickly. Simply doing 3 sets of 10 repetitions at a moderate to slightly heavy weight will not get you there. You have to train with a weight that is heavy enough for you and then you have to do repetitions to failure. This forces your muscles to adapt and grow larger. They will have no choice but to grow big and strong as quickly as possible.

4. Rest. Believe it or not, one of the most important aspects to getting buff in only weeks, is rest. You need to allow your body constant rest and recovery. This is the time that your muscles actually grow. You stimulate them in the gym, but the actual growth occurs when you are resting. So if you are going to the gym every single day, then you are constantly stimulating your muscles, but you are not allowing them to rest and recover (you are not allowing them to grow). Take at least one day off between workouts. Some trainees may need an extra day or so to recover fully enough for growth to occur.

Now you definitely need a good workout regimen to follow in order to get buff in 4 weeks. This is one of the best one's and you can get started with it right away - http://Gaining-Muscle.blogspot.com.
