What do Guiness and other dark beers taste like?

Guiness just celebrated its 250th birthday, in honor of which I have the following beer questions:
1. What does it (or other dark beer) taste like?
2. Which beers have the least amount of hops?
3. What do dry, crisp, strong, pale and draught (draft) mean?

Its something you just have to try yourself. I will tell you though, Guiness is not worth the price.
