I hit it a few more times and the results were amazing. I was finally comfortable with a driver in my hands and was not staring down at a 460cc kitchen "toaster" at address.
No need to look at another driver. Put all the rest away. This is my first year golfing but I've spent a lot of time with various drivers and have never come close to hitting the ball as well as I have with this club. It's worth every penny. I've used the Taylor Made Burner, the Cobra S9 and the Nike Dymo. None have the power that this one does. Setting the looks aside (which are awesome), it sounds even better than it looks. My missed shots were very playable but the straight shots were spectacular. I would definitely recommend this for anyone serious about improving his game.
This driver looks so sweet, it may end up as one of the "classic" club designs like the Titleist 983K or Callaway original Big Bertha (and I would argue, the Mizuno MP-600, which I currently bag). Really beautiful stick.
Hit 4 balls with the club and WOW---what a club- hit it long and straight down the middle- with the exception of 1 shot which stayed in fairway but went the furthest. Great club all four shots in fairway between 299 and 305 yds with a clubhead speed between 120-124 mph.
Nike has produced another great driver I went to golf smith and hit this driver on the simulator and it was incredible, even miss hits still didn't fall off line much. I love it and will be playing this club in tournament play this season. It's over for anybody who wants it. I'm averaging 280-290, so let's go!!!
