The Push of the New England Patriots

Currently the New England Patriots are within the middle of celebrations for their victory over the New Your Jets. The winner in this competition, they come out on top of everybody else. And also the score was 45 - three. It was only within the second that the Jets had been allowed their 3 points.

Alge Crumpler, Damione Lewis and Gerard Warren were among the latest recruits of the New England Patriots for this year.

Alge Crumpler who plays tight end did not srt out his career with the Patriots. He began playing with the Atlanta Falcons after they recruited him in the 2001 NFL Draft. Following the Falcons, he also played with the Tenessee Titans and North Carolina. As a young player, his first actual game was in 2001 against the Carolina Panthers. In the following year he was given the position of starter. His first Pro Bowl award was given to him in 2003. In that year he surpassed the record of the Panthers for pass-catching. the record was set in 1980.

In September of 2008, Crumpler opted to change camps and played with the Tennessee Titans. He was with this team for two years and managed to put on considerable weight. As such he was very effective in blocking the opponent.

The New England Patriots finally signed him up in 2010. His arrival was fortunate because during the second week of play the offensive captain of the team was incapacitated by a knee injury. He has made a reputation for himself for being helpful to his teammates, sometimes giving them advice about their playing style.

Gerard Warren began his career as defensive lineman with the Cleveland Browns. This was during Gerard Warren is a defensive lineman who began playing professional football with the Cleveland Browns. He was recruited in 2001. Prone to accidents, three times he had to be treated for an injured knee. Although he is not a winner of awards like Crumpler, his playing style is impressive while with the Browns. Later on, he signed up on his own with the New England Patriots.

Another defensive lineman, Damione Lewis signed up with the New England Patriots in 2010. Previous to that he had played with the St. Louise Rams with whom he was for five years and managed to post career highs of 61 tackles and 5 sacks. Following his stint with the Rams he went on to play with the Carolina Panthers for years until his contract ended in 2010.

Evidently, the recruits of the New England Patriots for 2010 are not exceptionally rated players. The New England Patriots coach apparently believes less in special individual talents than in the power of coordination and team spirit. Their recent victory over the jets comes in sheer contract to the casual way in which they went about recruiting new players for this year. Is their secret sheer determination or does it have something to do with the way they train their athletes? Whatever the secret of the New England Patriots, they should keep it up.
